In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the hotel is booked in your name, and the hotel cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else.
Cancel by sending us an e-mail to checkin@khatuhaveli.com with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your name and arrival date and booking confirmation number. We do not take any kind of responsibility, if due to any technical reason we do not receive your email, hence you will receive an acknowledgement once we get your email successfully. It is strongly recommended that you also intimate us over the phone call (+91 141 401721 / +91 87694 35601) about your cancellation to avoid any further conflicts.
Our utmost concern is that you get maximum refund back. Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.
Any reduction in the number of nights or rooms or booking amount will be termed as cancellation and cancellation charges will apply accordingly
• If cancelled or modified up to 15 days of arrival, only transaction amount (i.e. 5%) will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of No-Show, 100% of the 1st night of each room booked will charged.
Any reduction in the number of nights or rooms or booking amount will be termed as cancellation and cancellation charges will apply accordingly


Note:
*All Refund Transfer charges shall be charged from guest account, i.e. 5% of the booking amount.
*Extra bed will not be provided.
*It take a minimum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process the refund and for the money to show back on your credit card/ debit card/ account or any other digital mode of payment.
